Elke has held key leadership positions at renowned institutions such as UBS, Credit Suisse, and the European Central Bank. Her expertise spans front-office trading, back-office operations, and technology development, where she led the creation of sophisticated software systems for trade matching, liquidity management, and credit risk.
Elke's deep understanding of financial markets is further enhanced by her extensive experience in mathematical modeling of credit and market risk across diverse sectors, including consumer, investment, and private banking. She culminated her distinguished corporate banking career as a Global Head of Risk Management, overseeing operations in 80 countries.
